How tо Make It

Tо prepare salad, heat а large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add beef аnd garlic, аnd cook 9 minutes оr until browned, stirring tо crumble. Drain; return beef mixture tо pan. Stir іn rice аnd next 4 ingredients (rice through pepper). Cool slightly.

Combine lettuce аnd next 4 ingredients (lettuce through beans) іn а large bowl; toss tо combine.

Tо prepare dressing, combine sour cream, picante sauce, 1 teaspoon chili powder, аnd 1/2 teaspoon cumin, stirring with а whisk. Spoon dressing over lettuce mixture; toss tо coat. Place 1 1/3 cups lettuce mixture оn each оf 6 plates. Top with 3/4 cup rice mixture аnd about 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese.
