  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

How to Make

Always preheat the oven before you bake everything. This simple trick should cut off your work effectively. Ensure the heat setting is at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Then butter the muffin tins lightly.

Then, prepare a large bowl. Mix the salt, baking soda and flour. This is the general step to make bread by the way. Set aside to prepare other stuff. Take 2 ofyour banana and mash them all by using a fork and small bowl to create a few textures. Meanwhile, the remaining bananas should be mixed with sugar inside the electric mixer bowl.
